Pre-hung Door Package
The pre-hung package includes jambs, threshold and weather stripping and the installation of the hinges, lock sets and handles that you provide.
Slab Door Package
If you order the slab door you will have your trim carpenter install the door and lock sets on pre-existing jambs.
Both packages include finishing with 5 coats of tung oil spar varnish. Varnish is time consuming to apply and is seldom used by factories or professional finishers. It combines maximum protection with the rapid development of a deep, beautiful patina. We believe spar varnish is the standard by which other finishes are judged for beauty and durability.
